Lindsay Lohan's father has put her through "hell".

The troubled star - who has a notoriously difficult relationship with her estranged parent Michael Lohan - revealed she was forced to grow up faster than she should have because of being in the "middle" of rows between her dad and her mother, his ex-wife Dina.

John Travolta's extortion case has been dropped.

The actor - whose 16-year-old son Jett died during a family holiday to the Bahamas in January 2009 after suffering a seizure - decided against pursing action against two people who were accused of trying to extort $25 million from the 'Pulp Fiction' star and his wife as he has already suffered considerable "emotional distress".
